Details
These small holly branch linocut prints are created by hand, each one taken directly from my carved lino block and printed onto beautiful Himalayan handmade paper. The paper has a softly textured surface, natural fibres you can see, and lightly deckled edges that give every print a gentle, organic look.
Printed in archival quality ink, these little botanicals bring a touch of winter greenery to any space. They make thoughtful gifts for anyone who enjoys nature-inspired art, traditional printmaking, or seasonal decorations with a handmade feel.
Each print measures roughly 14cm to 15cm square, due to the character of the handmade paper and torn edges. Because every impression is hand pulled, no two are completely alike, small shifts in tone, ink coverage, and texture are part of the charm and individuality of the process. This is the joy of handmade art!
This design is offered as an open edition.
Packaging and Delivery
Your print is unframed and will arrive in a compostable cello sleeve with a grey board backing to keep it safe and beautifully presented. It also makes a lovely, ready‑to‑gift package if you're treating someone special. Prints are posted in a sturdy board‑backed envelope, and all packaging is fully recyclable—kind to your artwork and the environment.
how to care for your print
To keep your linocut print looking its best, store or display it away from direct sunlight, moisture and extreme temperatures, as these can cause fading or warping over time. If you’re not framing it right away, keep it flat in its protective sleeve or between clean sheets of acid‑free paper. When framing, use a mount or mat to prevent the print from touching the glass. With just a little care, your handmade print will stay beautiful for many years to come.
